Once you have taken possession of the product there will be no returns allowed. Damaged in Transit packages, therefore, must be refused at time of delivery. Upon arrival, we have the option of either sending out another package (if product is available to do so) or to offer a refund. If the carrier attempts delivery and you refuse due to buyer’s remorse and the package is returned to us with no visible damage, you will not be reimbursed the cost of freight. Once the package is delivered (whether left on your doorstep or with someone at that address) the ability to return the item is no longer available.
